GtkRadiant now REALLY for Mac! (final working version)

IT HAS HAPPENED

Eridan, who is here with us, has made these two applications for us, they feature:

-Radiant 1.4 and Radiant 1.5
-All Gamepacks:

Quake 3
Start trek Voyager: Elite Force
Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix
Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
Jedi Knight Jedi Academy
Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory
Doom 3

-No more "sw" folder needed
-no more Fink or other tweaking and complicated moves needed
-Gtk Aqua interface
-and more!

System Requirements:

-Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) or later (Tiger 10.4 included)
-Apple's X11 (can be found in the panther install disk 3 or: http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/17747 )

Credits:

Vincent: Programming, app designing. The bundles were made possible thanks to the following projects :
Platypus (by Sveinbjorn Thordarson): a VERY nice piece of code which can wrap any kind of script inside a clickable application.
Aaron Voisine who wrote some launch scripts for the gimp.
CocoaDialog: an OSX application which allows the use of some GUI controls through a (shell, perl, python...) script.
and the people of the Fink and the DarwinPorts projects.

Is it OK to run both 1.4 and 1.5 at the same time?

I am 99% sure it is safe.... each version uses different prefs files so I guess it is ok.

Hello everyone! Good work on the radiant build, I've been mapping on and off for a while and been dying to get off my archaic pc and ont my mac.

i've been trying to download, but the link above just goes to the faqs page. versiontracker and macgamefiles both use filefront to host and their servers are down. Is there anywhere else i can get it from?

excellent, thanks! It works a treat, much congrats everyone. I only have one small problem, free-mouselook doesn't work in the 3d window? I've checked the prefs and the x11 prefs. I'm using a 3 button microsoft mouse, but not installed any microsoft drivers. any ideas?

freelook doesn't work very well in the Mac version of GtkRadiant 1.4. The Radiant installer link has been fixed now.
